We begin with a combination of discussion and Solution Focused work — helping you understand what's been happening and begin to shift patterns that no longer support you.

This part of the session focuses on building clarity, direction, and a sense of control — rather than analysing the past.

This is followed by guided relaxation (hypnosis).

This is a natural, focused state — similar to being absorbed in a book or drifting before sleep.

You remain aware and in control throughout.

In this state, the mind becomes more receptive to change.

Over time, this helps the brain form new neural pathways, so that the patterns that support your progress become more consistent and automatic.
